NASCAR race car wraps for Rusty Wallace Racing Experience

Being located 1/2 mile from Auto Club Speedway sure has it’s perks. One, we’re huge race fans here at Premier Wraps, but more importantly the local race shop of Rusty Wallace Racing Experience is right down the street.Every month or so the guys call us up to come wrap some race cars. Sometimes they supply the wrap (like the white and red ones below) and other times they ask us to duplicate the real wraps you see every week on TV. (Like this Dale Jr. Diet Mt. Dew car we wrapped) The last couple of weeks they’ve been keeping us super busy. 3 wraps done with full color change vinyl. And 2 more where we had to come up with the wrap. While wrapping the #1 Guitar Hero car below they mentioned they needed numbers and decals to a satin painted black car they had there. That worked out really good, because the #39 Army car that runs on the NASCAR circuit is painted satin black. So we went to work duplicating the look. While we were there installing the Army wrap they mentioned they needed a #8 Bud car wrapped. All the vinyl was there, we just had to install it. That’s 3 wraps in 3 days.

So a couple weeks go by and we get another call about wrapping 3 more cars in 3 days. This time we needed to come up with a theme for a Ford. A quick discussion about how to crank out this “Ford” wrap netted a duplicate of the #21 Wood Brothers Motorcraft car. All we had to do is wrap it in red & white, everything else was just over-layed graphics. But first we had to install another all red wrap on a late model. So far we were still on schedule. The last wrap was another late model with a new white body that wrapped in white vinyl…..yeah, still don’t understand that one, but hey when you’re in the business of installing wraps, you’ll do what you’re asked. The problem was the new body wasn’t on the car yet so we had to wait until the last minute to install it. Below is some before and afters of each car. Over all the fleet is becoming updated and it’s really cool to watch the transformation to very average looking race cars to top-notch, what’s on the track every weekend race cars.
